Hello, my name is Troy Booher and I am happy to welcome you to our site. I am the proud owner of Mountain View Modular and General Contracting which is located in Alexandria, Pennsylvania. I grew up working hard with my father, who did a variety of jobs including building homes. After graduating high school, I joined the United States Navy and worked hard to become a Seabee. Once I got out of the service, I worked as an equipment operator but continued doing construction on the side. In 1998, after the birth of our 3rd child, we built our first modular home. Soon after completion, we were approached by the modular home company to become dealers. We build modular homes, septic systems, retaining walls, additions, decks, patios, stonework and more. In 2000, my wife and I decided it was time to take a chance and put everything we had into our business. That is when we established our name as Mount Union Modular and General Contracting. We met lots of nice people and helped them build their dream homes. In 2009, we were lucky enough to find a farm in Alexandria, where we built our second personal modular home. That is when we changed our business name to Mountain View Modular and General Contracting. Our main goal in our business is to put our customers first. We thrive on making others dreams come true and getting the home they deserve. We do full customization and can take your design to the next level. Our customers can join us at our home where they are welcomed into a comfortable environment to plan for the future. We try our best to keep the costs down because we think everyone should get a fair share. It’s rewarding to be able to take a rough sketch on paper and turn it into a beautiful home. There is only one success: to be able to spend your life in your own way. I find success in building homes and watching ideas become a reality.
